Position Summary

 

Consistently and efficiently perform and follow procedures in compliance to company, customer and ISO 9001 standards.

 

Responsibilities

 

Customer Satisfaction 

Communicate clearly and precisely with internal and external customers and/or suppliers. 

Ability to drive to customer's facility and perform required tasks in their facility in a respectful manner. 

Consistently make decisions demonstrating regard for our customer. 

Driver/Warehouse 

Assist with roll movement. 

Physically restock customer's inventories. 

Ensure timely and accurate delivery. 

Drive industrial van/truck to customer location(s) verifying number of pallets and/or cases against shipping order. 

Professional appearance. 

Able to sit 80% of shift time. 

Maintain truck in safe working order. 

Clean Motor Vehicle Report. 

Ability to utilize and locate addresses through GPS Navigation. 

Learn and follow all safety rules (including traffic rules and regulations for drivers). 

Physical inventories. 

Perform any combination of duties to assist the warehouse department. 

Calculate and analyze information to improve production process including quality and timeliness. 

Maintains good Housekeeping. 

Good attendance. 

Performs any special project as assigned by management.





Essential Job Functions

 

Verify and keep records of outgoing shipments. 

Ability to prioritize tasks, be self directed and fast learner. 

Ability to read and understand the scheduling board. 

Collect, input and retrieve data from the computer. 

Records department activities and data accurately and completely. 

Ability to work in a high stress environment to meet customer delivery dates. 

Willingness to work overtime on all seven-week days and assist in all manufacturing related functions, as required by supervision.
