Ability to read and understand the scheduling board.
Collect, input and retrieve data from the computer.
Records manufacturing activities and data accurately and completely.
Consistently make decisions demonstrating regard for our customer.
Initiates involvement in creative solutions and implements improvements to team quality processes.
Adheres to and promotes compliance to ISO9000, safety, quality standards and company procedures and immediately reports any nonconformance to supervision.
Learn and follow all safety rules.
Distinguish colors accurately and consistently.
Ability to walk, stand and/or bend and manual dexterity for duration of work period.
Stack, lift, pull, push and carry up to 70 lbs. throughout shift.
Excellent eye to hand coordination.
Ability to work in a high stress environment to meet customer delivery dates.
Willingness to work overtime on all seven-week days and assist in all manufacturing related functions, as required by supervision.
