Position Summary

 

Set up feeder and delivery, troubleshoot problems, wash up press and assist in preventive maintenance. 

Consistently and efficiently manufacture high quality product per procedures in compliance to ISO 9001 standards.

Feeder 

Set up feeder and delivery 

Assist crew in setting up inks and water units. Pre-stage jobs and materials. 

Troubleshoot feed problems. 

Check and maintain proper ink and coating levels. 

Assist crew during wash-ups 

Assist in preventive maintenance. 

File coating blankets return Cyrel plates and vinyl to Plate Room plate rack.  

Use tooling module properly for accuracy of inventory. 

Cross-train to be able to feed other presses. 

Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Report unsafe situations immediately. 

Assist in roller maintenance. 

Operate aerator, as the need arises. 

Keep printing press running consistently during the production of all jobs. 

Performs any special project as assigned by management.

Adheres to and promotes compliance to ISO 9001, safety, quality standards and company procedures and immediately reports any nonconformance to supervision. 

Learn and follow all safety rules. 

Ability to work in a high stress environment to meet customer delivery dates. 

Willingness to work overtime on all seven-week days and assist in all manufacturing related functions, as required by supervision.
