ZAPP'S QUALITY OBJECTIVES

Based on the quality policy, the following quality objectives were formulated

 

1)      On time delivery: Above 98% on time delivery based on the promised date on the ERP (or due date)

2)      Customer satisfaction above 99% based on number of orders were the customer complaints against the total number of orders for a given period.

3)      Defective product below 1% of total product run.
